All journals must be submitted electronically at "Online Submission System". This will permit the editorial team to keep the submission and review process as efficient as possible.
Please note that Human Resource Development Strategy Institute of Chung-Ang University uses a blind review process; therefore, writers must exclude authors’ names, institutions, and clues to the authors’ identities that exist within the manuscript.
Research topics in all areas related to Competency Development & Learning, Human Resource Development (HRD)
 Person/student who holds doctoral degree, or has completed a doctoral course or has enrolled students/on a leave of absence.
 Person/student who holds master's degree or has completed a master's degree course. Student who is enrolled/on a leave of absence can submit jointly with an adviser. After early publication, the student can publish unilaterally.
 Manuscript should not be published ain other publications.
 Manuscripts must be written in accordance with the Bylaws for manuscripts on Journal of Competency Development & Learning and should be based on 20 pages including abstract(within 1 page) and references. Paper can not exceed 30 pages.
